Otto Ruoppi has returned to Mainz early from international duty with the Finland U21 national team due to knee irritation. The association, player and club reached this decision by mutual agreement. Ruoppi will receive treatment over the coming days and train individually. At present, he is not expected to be sidelined for an extended period.
