Arnaud Nordin joins Rennes on loan

1. FSV Mainz 05 have loaned Arnaud Nordin to French top-flight side Stade Rennais. The 27-year-old Frenchman will initially join the Ligue 1 club from Brittany, currently sixth in the table, until the end of the season. Both clubs have agreed that the detailed terms of the deal will remain undisclosed.

Mainz 05 sporting director Niko Bungert said: “Arnaud came to us with the request to join Stade Rennais on loan, in the hope of getting more minutes. He has the chance there to prove himself at the highest level back home in France. We wish him all the best and a successful spell in Rennes.”
