Ten 05ers away on international duty

While part of the Mainz 05 squad will have a few days off from Tuesday – with fitness coaches assigning them their own training plans to take home – ten players will be travelling with their national teams straight after two demanding weeks of competitive action. Some will face long flights, including Jae-sung Lee and Kaishu Sano, who will both be in action in the USA. The pair will also be the last to return to Bruchweg, due back on the morning of 11th September – just 48 hours before the clash with Leipzig at the MEWA ARENA.
