First dates for the 2026/27 season confirmed
05ers to once again hold a training camp in Austria
After 1. FSV Mainz 05 confirmed their place in the Bundesliga for next season, the first few dates for pre-season have been announced. The first team will train for the first time on Wednesday, 1st July at 11:00 CEST.
The date for the first team’s upcoming summer training camp has also been finalised. From 27th July to 5th August, the 05ers will once again be based at the Hohe Salve Sportresort in Hopfgarten-Markt in the Brixental valley, in cooperation with the Hohe Salve tourist association, the family-run Pletzer Group and partner IDM.
During the training camp, the club are planning two friendlies on Friday, 31st July and Saturday, 1st August, with the opponents and venues still to be confirmed. One fixed date in the schedule is an evening with the fans and players, which is planned for the evening of 1st August.
