Introducing the new 2025/26 away kit

Get ready to take a trip down memory lane! The new JAKO away kit from 1. FSV Mainz 05 has arrived, bringing a retro vibe that recalls the bold designs of the early 1990s. With striking colours, eye-catching accents, and cool details, this kit is not only a stand-out piece for matchdays but also a tribute to the unforgettable era when Jürgen Klopp and Stephan Kuhnert captivated fans at Bruchweg.

The new away kit, inspired by the design from the 1991/1992 season, combines a strong spectrum blue base with vibrant retro accents in magenta and pink. The cuffs on the sleeves and the collar are also pink, complementing the deep purple-blue perfectly. The logos and dots of kit supplier JAKO, main and shirt sponsor Kömmerling, as well as the club logo, stand out in white against the colourful fabric. The logo of sleeve sponsor IDM also features.

The new away kit for the 2025/26 season is not only stylish, but sustainable and functional too: the polyester fabric, like the home kit, is made of 100% recycled material. The soft fabric is also breathable and optimally wicks away moisture.

The kit is now available in the online shop as a standard fit in sizes S to 5 XL, a women’s cut in sizes 34 to 44 for €84.95, and a children’s version in sizes 116 to 164 for €64.95. Mainz 05 members get a 10% discount on the kit price.
