Mainz 05 presents their home kit for the 2019/2020 season
Schröder: “Tradition, modern and class”
The Zerofivers will already be playing in their new home kit as they take on TSG Hoffenheim in the last game of the season at the OPEL ARENA.
The new Mainz home kit represents the club’s views: Modernity but with traditional elements, casual and simplistic. The new Zerofivers kit goes with the red colour of the club. Small woven strips creates a subtle design and white-grey lines on the collar decorate the V-neck. The club logo and ‘05’ complete the look.
“Regarding our new home kit, we have concentrated on: our club colours, our logo and our founding year and have put them into one. Mainz as a club represents tradition, modernity and class,” said Zerofiver’s sporting director Rouven Schröder.
Andrea Tomat, president of Lotto Sport Italia said: “We are happy that we can stay with Mainz 05 with our Italian design next season. The kit combines originality and tradition, with innovative, high-quality materials and a striking, elegant design – representing the Italian style and textile technology for which Lotto has been known for over 45 years and we wish Mainz 05 every success for the coming season.”
Anyone who wants to buy the kit can get it in the online shop. Sizes for adults range from S to 5XL at a price of 74,95 Euros. Children’s kits cost 59,95 Euros and range from 3XS to XL. You can also buy the new kit from the fan shop at the Opel Arena or in Mainz city.
